In this section I will be showing you how to do a "cat walk". This is the most essential trick to learn because it teaches you how to weight transfer and how to keep your ballence! Click here too learn how to do a turning catwalk!
  The first step is to prep for the weight transfer backward.
  Do this by standing up and positioning your weight over the handlebars.
  Begin to build up energy in your legs. You want to be standing still at this piont.
  Start to lean backwards and pull up, and imediatly after push down hard on the pedal.
  You should get to the point where wour body is directly over the axle of your back wheel.
  After you get into the air, straighten your arms and begin to search for your balencing point.
  Once you have found your ballencing point you can keep the bike up for long periods of time.
